APPLICATION FORM
Being a model will cost you nothing, it's 100% FREE and is very simple to join.
DON'T GET LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT WITH ANOTHER SITE
When we have: No contracts, No lock-in terms, No sole rights!
it's your life, you should be free to enjoy it. :)

Check our FAQ page for basic guidelines on photo quality, amounts, file transfers, etc.
Please have a read over it before joining to stop confusion on how things work.
We like a stress-free environment, so be nice or don't join!

Real Name :	We must, by law, have your real name. We'll never share your private details with anyone other than to prove age and consent if required for legal reasons.
Model Name :	What name would you like to be known by on our site? If your name is already taken, we'll let you know. This name will become your site url, for example, if you were to be called 'Jane Doe' then your url would be www.kittenscrypt.com/janedoe
Email Address :	We'll use this as your primary means of communication and if you don't have a Dropbox account already, we'll set up a shared folder using this address for you.
PayPal Address :	We like to pay our models via PayPal as it's an instant form of payment and quick and easy to use. If you don't have a PayPal account simply leave this empty and we will work with your needs.
Date of Birth :	Models must be 18 years old or above. There will be no exceptions to this rule and ID must be provided.
Bio :	Tell us a little about yourself. What you like, dislike, height, background and other things you think people might be interested in knowing, and we'll place this on your information and bio page. The longer you make this the more people tend to feel attached to you and the higher the chances of joining your members area.
Comments :	We're always happy to here your views and welcome your input.

These shots act as your consent and proof of age. You may blur your address, but your name and date of birth must be clear.
